Inca berries originate from the Peruvian Andes grows at an altitude of minimum 300 to 800 meters.
This little fruit will surprise you by its tangy taste and its incomparable nutritional properties. Inca berry is also known as the physalis, Cape gooseberry or Ground-cherry.
The physalis fruit is a good source of vitamin A and C, beta-carotene, iron, calcium and trace elements of B vitamins.
